We use the information that we learn from customers to, handle orders, deliver products, process payments and communicate with you about orders, products services and promotional offers. We do not sell, rent or disseminate this information to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.

You can be confident we will not disclose your details to anyone unless required by law to do so, or unless you explicitly give us authority to do so. We do not hold your credit card details online once an order has been completed and credit card details are not stored on our computer systems hard drive.

If you provide us with an email address, it will automatically be entered into our regular email update service. We hope you find these updates interesting and informative. If you would rather not receive them it is possible to unsubscribe from the emailing list by responding “UNSUBSCRIBE” to our email or by telephoning our office.

We are committed to preserving the privacy of our customers and make every effort to live up to our stated policy. However if you feel we are not fulfilling our responsibilities to our customers we would welcome you contacting us to discuss any concerns that you may have.

  • Is there a minimum order size?
    No, you can order as little or as much as you like.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland.
  • Who will deliver my parcel?
    We use FedEx, our overnight courier service.
  • What is the delivery charge?
    In the UK mainland for deliveries up to 1Kg the cost is £6 for deliveries over 1Kg £8.50. For deliveries to Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and Saturday delivery requests there will be additional supplements payable. Details available on request.
  • How will my order keep cool enough for transit?
    All our deliveries are packed with reusable ice packs to ensure the goods stay refrigerated in transit.
  • How long do deliveries take?
    It’s an overnight delivery, we despatch in the evening for delivery the following day. We need notice on all orders ranging from 24 hours to a week depending on what you want to order.
  • I live quite close is it possible to collect my order?
    You can certainly collect from us but you still need to order in advance. Please call our office on 01452 760 190 for further details.
